                       Precision Metal Stamping and Fabrication

For more than 40 years, we have provided progressive and deep drawn stamping evolving into automated in-die welding, assembly and measurement systems.  Leading the industry is not a goal for our metal stamping facility it is the way of life.  Our capabilities begin in prototyping and short run production with fiber optic laser and CNC press brake technology and as higher volumes are required we move into our 45 ton to 400 ton stamping press capabilities.  Our customers are ensured satisfaction through our Plan-Design-Execute-Improve Product Development Success Model.  Plant Location

                   High Precision CNC and Swiss Machining

Precision Machining

High speed precision milling can be accomplished on one of our 22 Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining Centers. We can do precision turning from 0.020” to over 16” on either one of our 12 CNC Swiss-style lathes or on of our 13 CNC Turning Centers, to tolerances of 0.0002” of an inch and surface finishes as smooth as 16µ inch. We have a full complement of surface, cylindrical and centerless grinders for tighter tolerances. We manufacture anything from precision shafts for paper handling applications to precision milled components for digital projection equipment.

Elastomer Molding

Elastomer molding of various compounds, including EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Natural Rubber, Poly Isoprene, Silicone, and Urethane can be undertaken on one of our 8 transfer molding presses. Elastomer precision grinding and profiling to tolerances of ± 0.0002” is obtainable on our cylindrical or customer CNC grinders. Our precision rubber rollers and other elastomer precision rollers can be found in ATMs, mailroom equipment and photocopiers. Plant Location
